If you have private medical insurance you should check with the Insurance company the procedure you are required to follow in order to gain referral to physiotherapy. It is also worth checking with your Insurance Company whether they place any restrictions on how many sessions of physiotherapy you are entitled to.

If you intend to be self-funding (ie you don't have or don't wish to use private medical insurance), you can telephone Leeds Shoulder Clinic on 0113 274 7455 and book straight into an appointment.
Your first appointment will involve a thorough assessment of your condition and may also involve some treatment. This may last for up to an hour. You will be required to wear suitable clothing to expose your shoulder to the therapist e.g. for ladies a vest top is recommended.
